Walking goats can be so much fun, they walk and dance, they skip and run.
Walking with goats in the afternoon is better than walking them in a full moon.
Walking with goats by the stream is glee; some of them stop to have a quick wee.
Walking with goats down a winding lane isn't so good when it starts to rain.
Walking with goats when we pass by a pub; the locals cheer and give them a rub.
Walking with goats is my favourite thing; it makes me happy and makes me sing.
Walking with goats; when I take them home, they've got each other, but I'm on my own.

Why is it better to walk them in the afternoon? Are you afraid of the dark? Can't they wee in the evening? Do they shrink when it's raining? So many questions raised by this fine poem. I'm gagging for Part 4. Gagging.

Hello Annette. Thank you so much for this splendid review. I prefer to walk them in the afternoon because there is so much more to see in the daylight and when it rains I get soaked, but it doesn't seem to bother the goats. I'm sure they DO wee in the evening, just like any other goat. I'm pleased you enjoyed it and will get around to writing part 4 very soon; so much to write about when walking goats.

I enjoyed this too. I am no caprophile, although I recall once I had a very tasty goat stew in Portugal (I was quite upset though when I noticed the goat in the nearby field has disappeared the day before). Exalted.

I can't believe you would eat a goat, Daphne! Don't you know they are sentient beings and feel pain just as you and I do? Gutted.
